These Terms of Use apply to browsing and using the ASCWORLD website. The website describes U.S. visa support, school immersion, preschool, ESL English learning and related educational travel services, and provides ways to contact our team.

Services are provided, according to the relevant service arrangement, by ASCWORLD (Xi’an) Education Technology Co., Ltd. and ASCWORLD EDUCATION AND TRAVEL SERVICE LLC. The responsible contracting entity, service scope and each party’s rights and obligations are identified in your service proposal and formal agreement.

2. Website information and program arrangements

Website information is intended to help you explore services and make initial plans. Courses, school availability, dates, fees, accommodation, transport and itineraries may change with school policies, supplier arrangements and circumstances. Confirm a written proposal with our team before enrolling or paying.

Browsing the website or making an inquiry does not complete an enrollment, reservation or service contract. Read photographs and examples together with their captions. Reference photographs do not guarantee a particular school, facility or activity. Activities such as a UCLA campus visit form part of the relevant family school-immersion itinerary and are not separate enrollment programs.

3. Responsible use and accurate information

You may browse the website, save public contact details and share page links to learn about our services. Do not use it for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, infringement or disruption, bypass access restrictions, improperly collect personal information or distribute malicious software.

When making an inquiry or application, provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Obtain any necessary authorization or guardian consent before providing another person’s or a minor’s information. Minors should use the website and inquire about services with a guardian’s guidance.

4. Intellectual property and third-party content

Rights in the website’s text, design, branding, photographs and other content belong to ASCWORLD or the relevant rights holders. Except where permitted by law or authorization, do not reproduce, adapt or commercially reuse content without permission, or remove source and rights notices.

References to school names, trademarks, photographs or external links do not by themselves establish an official partnership, endorsement or authorization. If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with the relevant page, the basis of your claim and your contact details so that we can review it.

5. External platforms and independent decisions

When you use WeChat, Xiaohongshu (REDnote), email or third-party websites linked here, the relevant provider’s terms and privacy rules apply separately. Review those rules before submitting information.

Visa decisions, admission to the United States, school admissions and other decisions by authorities, schools or suppliers are made by those bodies under applicable rules. Website information, consultation and past examples do not guarantee an approval, a school place or a particular learning outcome.

6. Service agreements, fees and changes

Fees, payment, cancellation, refunds, changes, supplier responsibilities and disputes relating to a purchased service are governed by the formal agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not replace a signed service agreement or reduce mandatory consumer rights.

7. Website availability and responsibility

We aim to maintain the website and its content reasonably. Maintenance, network problems or third-party issues may cause interruptions, delays or outdated information. Please contact our team if you notice a material error.
