ASC geosciences provided Construction Materials Testing Services during the construction of the Belk Department Store located within Lakeside Village in Lakeland, Florida.

ASC geosciences, inc. provided Construction Materials Testing and Threshold Inspections Services for  the unique open-air shopping mall.  Destin  Commons offers 600,000 square feet of retail space and 70,000 square feet of office space.

Phase I of the mall opened in November 2004 with 470,000 square feet. Phase II is scheduled to open in 2005 with the remaining 200,000 square feet. Destin Commons has 70 Specialty Stores, 14 Theaters and 7 Restaurants.

ASC geosciences is currently providing Construction Materials Testing services for three Kohl's Department Stores throughout Florida and Georgia. Both Florida locations are in the Tampa Bay area and the third is located in Valdosta, Georgia.

ASC currently providing services for a 147,000 square feet Lowe’s located in north Tampa, Florida, which is scheduled to open during the first quarter of 2007.  The completion of this Lowe’s warehouse represents the enduring relationship of Lowe’s Home Center, Inc. and ASC geosciences, inc.  Since December 2001, ASC has provided Construction  Materials Testing, Specialty and Threshold Inspection Services on multiple projects for the home improvement warehouse giant. 

Lowe’s  warehouses range in size from 94,000 square feet to 116,000 square feet.  An additional 26,000 to 28,000 square feet can account for the massive garden centers.  Lowe’s Home Center, Inc. invests between $12.5 million  to $18.5 million to build the one-stop shop warehouses.

ASC geosciences provided Geotechnical Engineering Services prior to start of construction on the Pilot Bank Center located in downtown Lakeland, The Mediterranean-style, 30,000-square-foot, three-story building, was developed by Jerry Herring, Peter Munson and Frank Drake.
