For over 11 years, ASC geosciences has provided Centex Homes with Geotechnical Engineering, Threshold Inspection, and Construction Materials Testing Services at multiple residential communities in southwest Florida.  Centex Homes provides a variety of housing solutions, single and multi-family residence as well as resort and second home destinations.

ASC is currently performing Blast Monitoring and Site Development Services during the construction on Centex Homes’ , The Quarry, their newest 830-acre residential community in Naples, Florida.

Botanica Lakes will feature over 500 single-family homes. It is situated on 269 acres, more than 105 of which will be lakes and preserves.  Botanica Lakes will offer two collections of single-family homes. The Club at Botanica Lakes features a courtyard-style Clubhouse with 7,117 square feet under air and a total of 10,279 square feet. It offers a fully equipped, state-of-the-art fitness center, an aerobics and dance center, a spacious multi-purpose/social room, a themed kid’s room, and men’s and women’s locker rooms.

ASC geosciences provided services during the construction of Saturnia Lakes. It's a 233-acre community designed as a series of enclaves surrounding 40 acres of large freshwater lakes. The community also features, Club Saturnia Grande, which resides on a 6.1 acre site. The 12,000-plus a/c square foot, clubhouse has a grand ballroom and stage, a separate card room, a billiards and game room, an arts and craft center, a fitness room with weight training and cardio-vascular equipment and a dance studio for aerobics and dance.

ASC is currently providing services during the construction of several residential communities and single family residences for Pulte Homes.

Projects included are the 24-acre town home community, Lakewood Village, consisting of 190 town homes.  Also, the Milano community will offer 256 opportunities for ownership and totals over 39 acres.  Pulte Homes has preserved 100 percent of the wetlands in Milano.  In addition to almost 7 acres of natural preserve, the development will have almost 3 acres of lakes.

Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments were also performed on a 483-acre site. 

ASC geosciences is currently providing Geotechnical Engineering, Backfill Monitoring, and Construction Materials Testing Services at Lucaya. The community features traditional Bermudian architecture and a tropical ambience. Lucaya will consist of 364 garden homes, carriage homes and coach homes ranging from 1,616 to 2,587-square-feet.

ASC geosciences is currently providing Geotechnical Engineering, Backfill Monitoring, and Construction Materials Testing Services at the 589 acres located east of I-75 at SR80 and Buckingham Road, the community will consist of approximately 120 town homes and 1,058 single-family homes.

ASC geosciences is currently providing Geotechnical Engineering, Backfill Monitoring, and Construction Materials Testing Services at Belle Lago. The community features 40 acres of lakes across the 249-acre site.

ASC is currently providing Geotechnical Engineering, Backfill Monitoring, and Construction Materials Testing Services at the new community of 494 single-family residences situated among nature preserves and lakes.

ASC geosciences is currently providing Geoenvironmental Engineering as well as ongoing Construction Materials Testing and Inspection Services at the Town of Ave Maria and Ave Maria University. In addition to the University, the 5,000-acre site, located in eastern Collier County, Florida, will provide 11,000 residential dwellings.
