ASC's expertise expands to Angola

LAKELAND - ASC geosciences, inc., through its affiliate in New Delhi, India, has been awarded a contract for geotechnical instrumentation services on an integrated gas utilization project in Angola on the west-African subcontinent. The Angola LNG project, a joint venture of 5 international energy firms, will ultimately tap over 10 trillion cubic feet of gas reserves from offshore blocks near the city of Soyo in the Zaire province of Angola. ASC will provide its expertise in deep foundation installation and testing for onshore LNG tanks. The overall project is managed by Bechtel.
