Mr. D.S. "Sax" Saxena, P.E.
CEO and Founder

Mr. D.S. “Sax” Saxena, P.E. is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of ASC geosciences. Sax’s geotechnical engineering career has spanned more than 40 years and included projects ranging from a tidal power hydroelectric project study at the Bay of Fundy, Nova Scotia to the site selection for Disney World in Orlando, Florida. His areas of specialization include rock blasting and vibration damage evaluation, ground improvement/reinforcement, deep foundations, sinkhole evaluations, and forensic engineering applications in geotechnical and applied civil engineering. Sax has authored, co-authored, presented, and published over 60 technical papers at the local, state, national and international level. Sax is registered in four states including Florida where he is also a special inspector. He has received many awards throughout his professional career including outstanding service to the engineering profession in 1994 by Florida Engineering Society. He is also a fellow of National Academy of Forensic Engineers (NAFE).

Mr. Anu Saxena, P.E.
President

Mr. Anu Saxena, P.E. is the President of ASC geosciences, inc. Anu’s 14 years of project experience include projects for the Florida Department of Transportation, the Georgia Department of Transportation, numerous school boards, higher education and healthcare facilities and more than 15 airports. He has coauthored and presented 11 technical papers at the local, state, national and international level. Anu has been recognized for his commitment to excellence both in his profession, as recipient of the 2002 Engineer of the Year presented by the American Society of Civil Engineers, Florida Section, Ridge Branch; and in his community, receiving the 2005 Minority Businessperson of the Year for Business Services Award from the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Anu is a 2002 graduate of Leadership Lakeland and serves on committees with the Lakeland Chamber of Commerce as well as Polk Vision.

Mr. Jay Saxena, P.E.
Executive Vice President

Mr. Jay Saxena, P.E. serves as the company’s Executive Vice President. Since joining the company in 2000, Jay has been instrumental in the growth and development of the company’s North Florida and Greater Tampa Bay operations. Jay’s areas of expertise include large health care and educational facilities, along with multi-family and mixed use developments. Additionally, with his prior employer, he served as Project Manager for the permitting and design of the Williams Communications Fiber Facilities in Florida, Tennessee, Kansas, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, South Carolina, North Carolina, Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. He was responsible for the permitting of each of the facilities as well as for coordinating, reviewing, and approving the construction drawings for these facilities, and shares his expertise with ASC’s telecommunications clients.

Mr. H. Frank Murati, P.E.

Mr. H. Frank Murati, P.E. now serves as Senior Vice President. Frank has been with ASC geosciences since 1995 and previously served as Vice President of Operations, overseeing construction materials testing and geotechnical services for the last 10 years in the Southwest Florida Region. Mr. Murati is registered in Florida and Puerto Rico and has over 30 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control for construction of many large housing developments and high-rise condominiums as well as threshold inspection and materials testing evaluations for similar projects.

Mr. Greg A. Stephan, P.E.
Vice President of Technical Services, Southwest Florida Regional Manager
BSCE, University of South Florida

Mr. Greg A. Stephan, P.E. serves as Vice President of Technical Services and Southwest Florida Regional Manager. Greg joined ASC in 1996 and previously served as Area Manager.  He graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree.  Mr. Stephan has been practicing civil engineering for the past 14 years in Florida, California, Arizona, Alabama and North Carolina.  He is registered in four states including Florida, where he is also a licensed Special Inspector.  Mr. Stephan has authored and co-authored a number of technical papers and presented them at various state, national, and international conferences.

Mr. Tommy Bradshaw
Vice President, North Florida Regional Manager

Mr. Tommy Bradshaw serves as Vice President and North Florida Regional Manager. With nearly 20 years experience, Mr. Bradshaw provides regional office management and services on several construction projects. He has provided support in growing and directing the North Florida Operation during ASC’s expansion into the panhandle of Florida.

Ms. Shannon Stein
Director of Business Development
B.A., English, Saint Leo University

Ms. Shannon Stein serves as Director of Business Development. Shannon is responsible for developing strategic partnerships within both the public and private sectors, client maintenance and community outreach. Shannon has more than 12 years of marketing experience, including six in the A/E/C marketplace. She is active in many professional organizations, including AIA, ASHE, COAA, FHEA and FEFPA. She is currently President of SMPS Tampa Bay.

Mr. T. Randall Riggs, SPHR
Director of Leadership and Organizational Development
B.S., Business Administration and Accounting, Indiana State University

Mr. T. Randall Riggs, SPHR, is the Director of Leadership and Organizational Development for ASC geosciences, inc. Randy is responsible for ASC’s Human Resources. In this capacity, he is responsible for all Human Resources functions and directs compensation and benefits, employee communications, training and development, and recruiting for the firm. Randy is a member of SHRM and ASTD and has served on numerous industry boards and committees over his twenty year career in Human Resources Management and Development.

Lt. Col. R.S. Sinha
Regional Manager of Indian Operations

Lt. Col. R.S. Sinha serves as Regional Manager of Indian Operations. Lt. Col. R.S. Sinha, a Graduate Civil Engineer from MBM Engg. College, Jodhpur and Master of Highway Engineering from Roorkee University, has more than 43 years of professional experience on preparation of Detailed Project Report and Construction Supervision of Highway/ bridge project.
