ASC geosciences, inc. was established on 1 March 1984 in Lakeland, Florida to provide services in the areas of geotechnical engineering and materials testing. Over the years, ASC has grown to its current size of 80 employees in 5 offices.

ASC has provided services for a wide range of clients, including private, public, governmental, and institutional clients, as well as contractors, manufacturers, utilites, developers, architects, other engineers, and various professional-service firms.
