ASC geosciences provided Materials Testing Services during the renovation and construction phase that more than doubled the space of the earlier facility completed in the early 1950s.
The completed project houses the mailroom, an enlarged café and gathering areas, an expanded 3,000 sq. ft. bookstore, Alumni Relations Offices, Vice President for Student Development and Student Life Offices, seminar rooms and a branch of Wachovia Bank with an ATM.

ASC geosciences was retained to provide Construction Materials Testing Services during construction of The Sportsplex, completed in January of 2003, includes a state-of-the-art workout room, aerobic studio, locker rooms, training room, Center Court Café, and gymnasium. A junior-Olympic sized swimming pool was completed in the summer of 2004 for recreational use and short-course swim events.

ASC geosciences provided Construction Materials Testing Services during the construction of the 210,000 sq ft University of Florida Evelyn F & William K McKnight Brain Institute. The six-story building is located on the southeast end of campus and is connected to the rest of the Health Science Center.
A unique construction milestone was the 5,000 cy concrete mat foundation, for which ASC utilized a 12-person field team.

The Lakeland Campus of the University of South Florida selected five land donor sites, ranging from 348 ac to 1,175 ac, for consideration for the new campus location. The Design Team was tasked with the development of a Draft Comparative Site Analysis report. This document consisted of a comparative information inventory, preliminary data collection, and preliminary data analysis for each of the five land donor sites.
