ASC geosciences, inc.  provided Construction Materials Testing, Threshold Inspection and Geotechnical Engineering Services for 23 story condominium with a total of 125 units all of which face the gulf.

ASC is providing Geotechnical Engineering, Pile Installation Monitoring, Construction Materials Testing and Threshold Inspection Services at One Water Place, a 162-unit project that is the only condominium within Kelly Plantation in Destin, Florida. Three 16-story buildings are being simultaneously constructed.

The development overlooks Choctawhatchee Bay and Kelly Plantation's Fred Couples-designed golf course. Units range in size from 2,500 to 3,400 sq. ft., featuring formal dining rooms, fireplaces and large terraces with outdoor kitchens. Prices range from $700,000 up to $5 million for top-of-the-line penthouses.

ASC geosciences is currently providing Seismic Monitoring Services. 

Located on the Boca Ciega Bay, Paradise Pointe will provide sixteen private luxury residences.

ASC is currently performing Geotechnical Design Support, Construction Materials Testing, and Threshold Inspection Services at the development which will include 800 two-, three– and four-bedroom units.  Rooms will range in size from 1,220 to 2,010 square feet.  The  resort will be built on 16 acres of beachfront property, with 5,000 feet of undeveloped and protected beach.  It will include a full-services spa, fitness centers, several restaurants, a business center and shopping space for retailers.

Two of the resorts buildings will tower up right off the coastline, while other buildings will stretch back from the shore with connecting raised decks over the highway that runs parallel to Panama City's beach.

ASC geosciences, inc. provided Threshold Inspection Services for the Gulf-front condominium resort that features over 345 feet on the Emerald Green Waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  All of the 1,2,& 3 bedroom condominiums directly face the Gulf of Mexico.

ASC provided Geotechnical Engineering and Design Support, Construction Materials Testing, and Threshold Inspection Services at the Tidewater Beach.  The 31-story resort is located on 636 feet of gulf beaches, housing 570 gulf front units.  Two lagoon pools, a 4,300 sq. ft fitness center with "health bar" and spa, a 5,000 sq. ft. conference center, Sky View Owners Lounge on the 31st floor, a movie/media center, indoor pool, and seven elevators.

Watermark Villas is situated on an entire city block located in the heart of Panama City Beach, overlooking the Bid-A-Wee Beach Park, which consists of approx. 2,500 ft. of dedicated and unobstructed beaches.

ASC geosciences, inc.  provided Geotechnical Design, Construction Materials Testing and Threshold Inspections Services for the eight-building development.  Waterside IV is 11 stories high and has approximately 120,000 square feet of living space.  The 2 and 3-bedroom units range from 2,100 to 2,600 square feet.
