ASC geosciences provided Geotechnical Engineering and Design Support Services prior to the start of construction on the two Caribbean inspired, 22 story towers. ASC is currently providing Construction Materials Testing and Threshold Inspection Services on the resort that stretches along 512 feet of beach on the Gulf Of Mexico. The towers are directly adjacent to the Pier Park Entertainment and Shopping Complex and the Panama City Beach Pier. Calypso Towers offers two swimming pools, underground parking and multi-level garage, and a fully equipped fitness center. The third tower is scheduled to be completed in Spring of 2006.

The Diamondhead Convention center is bounded by the Gulf of Mexico on the west, Estero Boulevard on the east, Palm Avenue to the north. The project consists of a 12-story tower with approximately 120 units and serves as a beachfront hotel and convention center. The building is concrete and masonry construction with post-tensioned floor slabs supported by reinforced concrete columns and shear walls. The geotechnical design for the original 16-story tower and an adjoining garage parkade was completed in late 1993. The building was later scaled down to a 12-story structure. Construction commenced in July 1997, and the building was released for occupancy in September 1998.

Estancia is an exclusive eight residence community, on 160 feet intracoastal waterfront on the island of Tierra Verde, Florida. Construction on Estancia began March 1st. Estancia is expected to be ready for occupancy in the early Spring of 2007.

ASC provided Geotechnical Engineering and Design Support, Construction Materials Testing, and Threshold Inspection Services for The Majestic Beach Tower One, a 23-floor condominium complex with 329 units.
The first floor contains registration offices, indoor pool facilities, restrooms, market retail, snack/bar kitchen and game room areas. The second level has fourteen units, and levels three through twenty-three have fifteen units per level.
The project includes construction of an adjacent pre-cast four-story parking deck structure connected to a fully enclosed, air-conditioned pedestrian bridge that spans over Highway 98.
